We research new sustainable textiles, making innovative choices in favour of the environment.
Most of all, we work constantly to make our production process more virtuous through innovations like our adiabatic cooling system, which keeps the air of our weaving department fresh and healthy by exploiting the natural principle of water evaporation without wasting water or electricity.

Today, our machinery is powered by 100% green energy.
We’ve also made other significant achievements in terms of sustainability. Numbers matter, especially when it comes to our dedication to the planet.
The use of renewable sources and self-produced energy means that today, we use almost 20% less energy to produce 1 kg of fabric compared to 2012. Real energy savings were also made possible thanks to the installation of state-of-the-art lighting systems, high-efficiency motors and technologically advanced weaving equipment.
In 2013, we made another step forward by installing a cogeneration plant that allows us to autonomously produce part of the electricity required to power our production chain using methane gas, which is currently the cleanest fossil fuel. Thanks to this choice, we self-produce enough green energy to power more than 1.5 million LED bulbs for a year.
We’re trying to make our commitment even more crystal clear. Like the water that we treat using an advanced homogenisation plant to contain the pollutants before they reach the consortium purifier. Furthermore, we reduce waste by using the same water for 4 production cycles, which allows us to recover enough water each year to fill 659 Olympic swimming pools

We’re constantly improving our supply chain, but we also take real action to protect our planet
like using recycled raw materials and reusing 99% of our industrial waste, saving 160 lorry trips to the dump.
We also recover the heat and steam produced in the manufacture of our textiles to cool and heat some areas of our premises.
We’re proud to say we’re below average. Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment, our emissions are in fact 10 times lower than required by current regulations.

At our headquarters, we have created a natural barrier of trees to protect our neighbours, produce oxygen and fit harmoniously into the surroundings.
