For years, we have been following the Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) programme promoted by the World Health Organization, which aims to go beyond the mere prevention of occupational injuries and illnesses through an integrated approach to workers’ health and welfare.

This perspective is a cornerstone of our culture: creating fabrics that meet international standards also means taking care of the people who contribute to their production on a day-to-day basis.

Our Code of Ethics, shared with all our stakeholders, guides our decisions and processes. We believe that transparency, fairness, and the protection of people form the foundation of a solid and reliable production system. The quality of a product also stems from the quality of life of those who make it. And we have made this official by putting it in writing.

Our state-of-the-art weaving facility is a tangible expression of this vision — a space where advanced technology and well-being coexist in harmony. The plant features an adiabatic air-conditioning system that uses water evaporation to cool the air without the use of compressors or refrigerant gases, thereby blending progress with a focus on the future to improve the working environment.
