From the initial choice of raw materials to final inspection of the finished fabric, each stage of the production process is constantly monitored by the planning production office, which coordinates the entire production flow, carefully scheduling the capacity of each production plant in order to reduce waste and energy consumption.

To ensure high quality production, the plants are periodically renewed and regularly checked by an efficient internal preventative maintenance system. The circular looms are fitted with an automated defect detection system, and with online systems to monitor the dyeing cycle and finishing process, the very best results are guaranteed.

The production cycle in each of the company’s departments is manned by skilled, specialized workers.
